She didn’t say it was him and all NDAs are voided if it’s to report a crime just like HIPAA laws. If she was sexual harassed she doesn’t have to go to court to report it.

Well see what comes of it. He does not deserve the benefit of any doubt at this point. And I’m a huge Tiger guy.

I have a few thoughts on this. #1 if you have to go into a relationship with a NDA, then that is probably not a good sign. #2 You have a choice NOT to sign that agreement and move on with your life if you want to. #3 There's probably a reason Tiger needed this and he doesn't get any benefits of the doubt at this point (and I'm a fan of his).

he doesn’t deserve the benefit of the doubt? Just to be clear Tiger wasn’t accused of sexual harassment before. He was out banging a bunch of different women when he was married. That’s not a crime. He lied to his ex-girlfriend and locked her out of his house because he thought she wouldn’t leave.
