Yeah, those are just the one's that just showed up in my feed if you go to her Tweets and Replies there's even more, now she's out there trying to Don Quixote every poster that disagreed with her. I understand she is upset but at this point she is just making herself and Mickey look bad and needs to take a break from the social media for a while.

Yeah, unfortunately something that started out as more than likely just bad customer service, and should have been taken care of with the restaurants management and maybe owners (who did reach out to her on twitter somewhere in that mess) has turned into a 3-day twitter back and forth of what happened.

Defamation/slander. It’s usually per se defamation to accuse someone/something of being racist, and then normally she bears the burden of proving her affirmative defense of truth (normal disclaimer language that this is not a legal opinion, so don’t rely upon it blah blah)

All she wanted to do was vent and call out a business for being racist. Well, her perception of it.

Yeah, it’s like that video where the wife is complaining about how her head hurts and the husband keeps trying to give advice that maybe the giant nail in her head may be the problem. She doesn’t want to hear that and keeps getting more upset. Eventually he just says “that must be hard” and she calmed down.
