Here's some outside the box thinking. If I were a terrible program like KU lacking talent I might consider not signing any high school kids and just poaching the Transfer Portal. So many players and not enough spaces. Might be able to turn a program around quicker if you are bringing in a bunch of talented SO & JR's.
