The MLS seemed to have gone in waves as far as quality goes. It is certainly improving. Not on par with European leagues yet. The thing I’ll say is that the players that are bought from MLS teams aren’t being sold to second division teams anymore. Which is a great step.

Yeah MLS games are fun as hell. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t been yet. US soccer crowds seem to get better and better every year

Generally the top 5, Sometimes see La Liga and Bundesliga swaped.
Gets a lot more variable then, depending on the year these are usually considered next:
Eredivisie - Netherlands

Pro League - Belgium
Campeonato Serie A - Brazil
Premera Division - Argentina
Then these are usually rated next:
Liga MX - Mexico
Major League Soccer
Super Lig - Turkey
Premier League - Ukraine
Premier League - Russia
Football Bundesliga - Austria
Then they get more sporadic in lists:
China, Switzerland, Greece, Denmark, Scotland and EFL (Englands 2nd tier)
Major League Soccer is anywhere from 9 to 18 depending on the ratings.
