I think Knighton has to be in an analyst role or something. No way we went from Elijah Robinson to Knighton as DL coach (all due respect to Knighton but he has one year coaching experience before this year)

Looking at his resume and current job, I don’t think we can assume he’s in charge of S&C.

I mean I assume that Jeremy Scott is going to be Rhule's guy. He's been with him at every stop and the new facilities here have to be enticing to an S&C coach.

You hire Knighton as a GA but elevate to be able to recruit temporarily bc someone like Jeff Nixon is unable to leave the Panthers until the end of the season.
