I've logged 50+ flights with SW and never had an issue. They have been far more reliable than American in my experience.

It's no frills, but the difference is negligible for their peers.

SWA used to be my preference as of about 8 years ago. They've gone to shit since then. Have had more issues with them in the past 5 years than in the total 15 years of business/personal travel prior to that.

Just completely stupid shit - computers down, adding additional connections and I never have a flight where they don't change the times weeks leading up to the flight. I'm going to cash in my miles then just avoid using them if at all possible.

I fly enough that I’ve had issues with every airline at some point.

I’ve found that United and Delta have the best combination of route availability, comfort, and reliability. Which one you fly should either depend on price or home airport (if you’re going for status).
