Data seems to mixed on its efficacy but I think the premise that it increases concussions might be without merit. (for now). Its biggest impact might be to protect an institution from a lawsuit.

Here are a couple articles I found:

Stanford article
University Hospitals
Peer Reviewed article

Thankfully this is the kind of data and study that a high schooler could set up, so there is a really strong chance of a direct causal link.

Also, your logic on game play vs practice is absolutely atrocious, but I’m guessing you’re trolling.
I've never forgotten this dumbass Bleacher Report article I read way back (yeah @BushAK I have articles too - although mine is laughable)

Not one single statistic, potential benefits are listed but not supported by anything. it did not used to have the disclaimer it has on it now - It was just thrown out there. And I've never laughed harder. They cited one singular WSJ article that brings up the thought - but no one can read that shit, so it links to an article the majority of the readers will never be able to read. So damn funny.

(the link wouldn't properly post so I put a space between "https:" and the "//"

Probably have to give a raise to one of them that isn't the DC so they don't bail.
That's best case scenario IMO. It's just my guess, but I see Dvoracek getting the DC position and Knighting moving on as well...even with a raise.
