Let's finally have some depth at WR, eh?

I never had a problem with walk ons playing. My problem was that Frost would try to sell the walk ons as better than the schollie guys and super athletes and then they would play and constantly drop passes. *Cough Wyatt Liewer *cough

We kept hearing how good they were while they sucked and we were losing games.
I really don't have a problem with the walk-ons playing either.

Unfortunately for the last few years though it wasn't because they were good, it was because they were a necessity due to bad recruiting and unfortunate injuries.

And like you said then you have someone like Dean or Frost trying to pump them up as great players when they are just average at best just trying to help the team out of a bad situation.

Speaking of Liewer wasn't he the guy that Frost was complaining about wearing a hoodie while wearing a hoodie.

Yeah. There are two types of walk ons who play. Good walk ons and walk ons who play because our depth blows at some position. It's never the walkons fault in the latter case. They just get their work done while Andre Hunt, Katerian Legeone, DeColdest, that one kid who transferred to Portland State, Zavier "Not Xavier", Derrion Grim, etc. all went Not N

Also, it's crazy how Scott Frost spent his entire tenure here without a single edge rusher worth a single damn. Matt Rhule comes in and we're one of the best QB-terrorizing defenses in the country. Scott Frost couldn't recruit or develop a WR worth a damn. Matt Rhule gets here and we now may legitimately have one of the deepest WR rooms in the conference.

Chins' shitty D didn't help getting to the QB.

Chin’s defenses were just stinky ol’ ass.
Chin's defenses wouldn't have been so bad if they weren't
1) Predicated on absolute perfect communication to get into the correct checks at every possible moment.
2) S&C program focused on making gigantic, slow meatheads

White's defenses are predicated on (which makes them good)
1) Backend making front end in right.
2) Not being content with going 1 for 1.
Also think they limit their coverages and White loves to use movement to junk the front.

Why wouldn't he talk to the media? He's going to have to this fall unless something goes horribly awry. Nico Iamaleava and Arch were back up QBs so it makes sense they'd never talk not because they are being coddled or something but because no one has a backup QB do pressers. Dylan is in the midst of a QB battle to start this fall
