I could see it, but at the same time I don't see it. Mario was the person who recruited him. Not liking him seems like something Luke would have figured out before he decided to come to Nebraska. Not sure why he would come here if he didn't like Mario.

Could be a multitude of things but if you remember Frost was still able to showcase the UCF offense. Hard to say for sure unless you know Luke, which I don't. Hell of an athlete though but his older brother Dylan didn't really amount to anything QB wise either fwiw.
The way I understand it is Luke may not be the biggest fan of Mario. I mean Harry Potter's lesbian aunt is a little eccentric. Personally I don't really care if he leaves because he had a chance to take over the starting job and couldn't do it. Only reason why we are wringing our hands is because no one has faith in Frost's QB evaluation skills.

Oh yeah, I don't think Luke is fit to be a QB. I'm guessing the biggest thing holding him back from switching positions was this has been his dream from the very beginning. He doesn't want to follow in his dad's footsteps and play WR even though that's obviously the best fit for him. He wants to forge his own path by all means necessary even if it means failing and not playing football at all.
He has shown flashes/potential with the ball in his hands when not playing QB. It’s not like Nebraska has a lot of proven weapons at WR where it’s easy to not care about a player leaving who could help that group out.
