Thanks. He came out of 2023 fall camp as the starter and lost his spot to start 2024. Regained it due to injury.

If Raiola tries to hold you hostage like he allegedly did last year, you absolutely have to let him walk.I think keeping Raiola is the ideal path, but if he and his camp are demanding too much you gotta let him walk.
Yes.Why is the leash so long on this guy? Do we really look that much better from year 1 to 3?
Finally, someone criticizing our coaches for the really important thingsIt is not difficult to cut butler
He’s fucking atrocious
He’s not even semi interesting to listen to in pressers either
Guy sucks
The glass half full look on this season is that Rhule JUST ABOUT had us to 10-2 level (vs this schedule) but we failed in 4 roster mgmt areas:This is the first back-to-back set of bowl eligible seasons in over a decade (will not count 2015 technicality). Note for the persistent sandy vaginas of this board.

I truly believe that if we just had Ty and Nash for one more year we win every game except last night. The glass half full look on this season is that Rhule JUST ABOUT had us to 10-2 level (vs this schedule) but we failed in 4 roster mgmt areas:
- OT
- DLx2-3 players (George was a miss)
- LB (MWT was a miss)
- RB
So this offseason comes down to two jey things:
- Our GM making the right calls. We pay him $800k/yr IIRC so he better
- The expanded NIL $$ pool that Rhule says we have. Have to make the right calls

If you doubt this, just think back to the candy ass run stopping we were doing in GAME ONE of the year and how it basically continued on all season. We knew this season was fucked during that Cincinnati game. Deep down we knew it. If the team finishes 8-4 it's going to be a mirage bc we only go there due to this schedule.
Look at the MSU-MD-NW games.....we could have easily lost 2 of those games. We honestly could have lost the MSU game too if you remember how that game was going sideways.
My point is, the team has WAY too much $$ locked up in our QB-WR-DBs. As many have mentioned, that's not where you want to be elite in today's B1G. If rather be elite at DL-OL-LB-RB.
No doubtWhere do we go?
The recruiting trail.
Michigan, Minnesota, and USC were definitely not talent issues.
Last night was.
That’s a team with top 5-10 talent on it. The top 8 football players on the field last night probably all played for PSU. I don’t know that you can say that about any other game we’ve played this year.
We put up 6 points against Minnesota, not sure how Ty and Nash help with thatI truly believe that if we just had Ty and Nash for one more year we win every game except last night.
That's how important that run stopping d-lineman is in our version of the 3-4...and how big of a failure it is not to really replace them
Starting to feel like we just have to accept that what we’ve seen the last ten years is reality.GbrAccept the fact that we’re basically the New York Mets of CFB— huge history, huge budget, huge fanbase, but years of “we should be better than this” energy.
They stop them from running the ball and scoring. We put up 6 points against Minnesota, not sure how Ty and Nash help with that
