I'm not saying that I don't want him or that he isn't good. I was jut curious as to why. I think all three of the Qbs mentioned (McCall, Ward and Slovis) bring different things to the table. Slovis has done it at the P5 level. Ward put up numbers that I couldn't even do on a video game and McCall had a record high passer rating. I'd be happy with any of these three.

Thompson is another one that I really like. And, personally, I don't care what Frost "believes." Even if we feel like we can get McCall or that we can still pull Slovis, a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush. Offer Thompson and if he wants N, make him N.

Agreed. There is also way too much smoke here with Slovis and Pitt to not be at least something there. Gotta think we’ll know shortly.
