Get every guy in the Nebraska and Dakotas area who is a D1 guy. With the transfer portal you can just spin a guy to an FCS or MAC program if they aren't up to snuff once they get on campus.

Send them to the regional FCS/MAC programs so that we can build relationships with those schools. Then when they get FBS guys on their roster (like a Samari Toure), they'll have reason to send them to us.

6'5" 215 and 6'5" 230 don't add up there.

Assuming Carter is actually 6'5" 215 Flynt is really like 6'2" maybe 220?
