My prayers go out to the Hoffman's. So much tragedy for a family to bear.
Was looking for this thread. Fuck this world. Fuck cancer. I need a better word than HORRIBLE so I can explain this story to my family. It’s just awful

Love team jack and they deserve the world.
The universities role in team jack has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Considering that run is the best thing Nebraska done on a field for 2 decades they sure had a good gap in not publicly supporting team jack. Atleast from my pov.
Theres so much they could have done since 2013 to help drive awareness and money towards team jack and pediatric cancer funding and they fumbled. They could have done something great and instead took the good national publicity and patted themselves on the back.

Happened to a client of mine. Husband first then out of the blue kid got similar cancer in early 20s. Can't imagine.
Saddened to hear about this.
A great job by Husker Nation over the years highlighting and supporting this young man and his family. Kudos to the University and state of Nebraska for taking care of their own.
