Herbie’s Hangout Relationships and In-State Recruiting

[
Would be interesting to see how he’d fair as a full-time TE/Receiver at a place like Bellevue West.

He plays QB in a wildcat set most of the time for Analsworth. I still think he’s going to be a Sunday guy though
It seems like his entire recruitment is based solely off his track numbers, which are indeed impressive. He is an elite athlete.
I don't know if anyone knows how good of a football player he is.

I don't know if anyone knows how good of a football player he is.

His track times got him noticed nationally. But his explosiveness and lateral movement, added to his natural size, are keeping elite programs interested.

This probably isn't a very popular comparison, but he plays, runs, and changes direction like Luke McCaffery, at 6'4 215. Nelson conceivably will be the first person in Nebraska high school football history to finish his career with 35+ passing TDs, 35+ rushing TDs, and 35+ receiving TDs.

I want Benning N but he seems to be asserting leverage he doesn’t have

Flynt is better than Ingwerson, and I'd put the Prep kid over Ing as well.

His body type doesn't seem to fit what Rhule is looking to do either.

Ben Brahmer staying in the fold for ‘23 would have helped the room tremendously
