“I am planning on taking official visits to Nebraska, USC, Miami and Oregon,” Bryant said. “I don’t have any visit dates yet. I don’t know when I will yet.”
Coach Bryan Applewhite from Nebraska is running point for the Huskers recruiting Bryant. Applewhite and Nebraska offered Bryant just weeks following his commitment to Utah.
“I am still communicating with coach Applewhite from Nebraska. He’s the only coach that I talk to from Nebraska.”
Bryant says that there are a lot of optimistic folks about the squad this year. They feel like they could be going all the way. He says that he has been working hard and that he won’t be in the same place along the defensive line this fall.
“I worked on hand placement this off-season and I am seeing the results,” Bryant said. “I will be playing everywhere along the defensive line. I will even be in a two-point when I am playing defensive end.”
Bryant is the No. 469 overall prospect and No. 52 defensive lineman in the
2023 On3 Consensus. Bryant finished his junior year with 78 tackles, 11 sacks and 14 tackles for loss.
Nebraska is one of four schools that former Utah commitment DL Caleb Bryant is eyeing for a possible official visit this fall.
