Williams to Auburn and Lenhardt to Nebraska is what they are insinuating. Personally, I think they should take both, but I guess the coaches told Noonan that they were only taking 2 edge guys this year and allegedly they have Lenhardt higher on the board then Williams. Williams apparently jumped the gun and committed before he cleared it with the coaches, and I guess they didn't accept his commitment because Lenhardt is higher on their board and Lenhardt is supposedly committed too but hasn't announced yet. Who knows what's really going on it might all be message board BS.

That's what I was thinking too, but Noonan must be up pretty high on their board too. I think the biggest problem is allegedly the coaches told Noonan that they were only taking 2 edge recruits and now they have Williams and Lenhardt both wanting to commit but they can only take one because they don't want to break their word to Noonan.

Meant to post this the other day. I'm starting to have an uneasy feeling with Dae'Vonn Hall. I was talking with his younger brother the other day (who is starting to lose his baby fat and could turn into a pretty good prospect of his own. He plays QB for Bryan Junior High). But I joked with him that every Sunday I wait to see Dae'Vonn wearing a Husker shirt - this particular day he was wearing an Alabama shirt. His brother responded with something along the lines of, "Ya, that would be nice. But, who knows. We might not ever see him in a Husker shirt. I'm serious. He has to do what's best for him."

He went ahead with a CB to Nebraska for Lenhardt. Says that Auburn pushed to get him to attend their big recruiting weekend this weekend, but he decided not to go. He believes that means we got his last visit and are in a really good position.

Williams is the best player between the 3 (Noonan and Lenhardt) imo.

Unfortunately, it sounds like they are not going to take him just Noonan and Lenhardt if and when he commits if he is not already.

To me 15-29 doesn’t seem like the kind of program that should be turning away 4-star edge rushers (Williams) … hope we take them both.
