He already visited Washington State, Oregon State, now Arkansas. He said he plans to visit Missouri and Nebraska too. I thought Auburn would be in there somewhere too a friend of his also from Chicago that played Juco with him plays there now.

Argyle is a pretty elite athletic program in Texas.

Offers from Michigan, Florida St, Purdue, TCU, Texas Tech, Washington among others.

His dad is Todd Van Poppel....former MLB pitcher.

I like on his highlight there's some film of him catching passes. Pretty athletic kid for his size.

Makes you wonder if these kids can see the upgrade in talent this off-season, see the obvious upgrade in the coaching staff and if they’re being sold on a guarantee that frosty & crew are coming back?

I would be very disappointed if they guaranteed Frost at least 2 more years as his first 4 years reached record levels of futility for the Husker Football Program. I think the Transfer Portal does us a huge favor because if a coach is on the hot seat and gets canned a player gets the 1 Free Transfer. The other big benefit is he finally hired some quality Power5 level recruiters in Busch & Joseph. Busch is such a hard worker on the recruiting trail and his efforts are showing results in KC & St Louis after we have basically had little presence in either area.

So we got a freshman flip, freshman mr Minnesota and a transfer?

Info I got is from the Kansas football coaches. They have recruited him hard but know they are out of it. His dad played at KSU and he is a big fan of the Sooners. We are currently on the outside looking in on those 2 programs as they have a big lead but maybe we can close the gap with an eye opening visit this weekend.
