I’m coming into town with a buddy. We don’t have tickets and will be heading to tailgate all day.

Possibly going to the Railyard to watch the game. Will we be able to actually watch the game there? Assuming standing room only?

Any other better suggestions on a place to watch? Or suggestions on timing to get to a watch site to get a seat if it’s even possible?

It’s on their Jumbotron. Plus all the tvs inside. There’s benches outside but good luck it will be packed. You’ll probably stand but it’s a good place to watch

There’s also a few bars in the Haymarket area that have outdoor patios with TVs to watch the game like Brewskis that are nice to sit outside and watch the game. Kinda neat because you’re close enough to the stadium you can hear a really loud cheer from the stadium before a big play happens on the tv lol. My mother and father in law really like going down to Brewskis to watch the game so that’s where we will all be this weekend.

I haven’t payed close enough attention… do people bring bag chairs for husker games? I watched the World Cup there once and everyone had them.

Nobody will bring chairs. That place will be shoulder to shoulder since the weather is supposed to be nice. You'll be waiting in line forever to get a drink to. Unless that's your thing, I'd find somewhere else

The first time I went to the Railyard was during the Riley years when Oregon played here and we won. It was packed but watching the game on that big screen was a lot of fun and the place had a great vibe and energy.

Railyard looks like the place to be

Well?

We are at Brewskys watching the game on the patio and Buzzard Billy’s crowd outside must be a few seconds ahead of us because they cheer way before us lol
