I was pro Frost up until the end of the 2020 season. Anyone that still believes he can turn this thing around probably also thinks Gerrod L is a cool guy.

I fail to see the point one way or the other. I hope we win games. I've been skeptical that would be the case after Minn last year. I'm skeptical we'll hire the right coach if we fire Frost. I say we ironically because in the end my opinion doesn't mean shit. Neither does anyone else on this board.

Turd's repeated comments that vaguely allude to too much on frost's plate and a lack of support in some areas makes me think he's back regardless so I've kind of just accepted it.

The one thing I’m not skeptical on is if Turd does make a hire it will be better than what Frost is giving us. It’s pretty hard to justify paying him 5 million a year to win 3-5 games.

If Frost loses out which is certainly possible I can’t see how Turd brings him back but we are Nebraska.

Yup, Turd basically gave Frost a mulligan and re-started the clock for him here. We're stuck with some more failure for AT LEAST another year. Meanwhile, the 2023 and 2024 classes dry up and the coach that replaces Frost is going to be put in a bad position.

I would take Cockeye Wisconsin good myself. Atleast that means you’re in the big title game some years. If you get there you have a chance to sniff the playoffs.

K. Not sure which of us has battered spouse worse. Wisconsin has had a couple teams the past 20 years that you thought might compete. I'd probably take that combined with some good recruiting. Cockeye no. You know for a fact they'll never be better than B1G west champs.

I’m pointing out the two top teams in the west which we need to beat to win the west. No other teams win the west. That should be the goal. If we actually win the west you’re one game away from a playoff most likely because they are going to expand.

Not that my opinion matters, but how big of a rebuild job was Nebraska after Bo and Riley? I felt that S&C was going downhill under Riley, but he was getting descent kids on campus at least, but some were primadonna's. Plus I think Eichorst sabotaged Riley by making him fire Banker for Diaco and having the old talent management guy from the Rams who did absolutely nothing but collect a paycheck.

Personally, I think Scott is still learning how to be a P5 coach, however, Nebraska is not a learn as you go type of program But since he's a "Nebraska" guy and had one good year at UCF, everyone wanted him since he was the hottest coach at the time. The sad thing is if you fire Scott now, you'll have that divided fan base similar after Bo & Solich were fired. I could be totally wrong, but that's my view from the outside looking in. For now, I'm on the wait and see how the season ends.

I don’t see the fan base being divided because Frost can’t win games. Most people I talk to are fine with Frost being fired but they don’t think he will be.
