Whoever the next guy is needs to commit to a dynamic OL coach and recruiter who will get us out of this cycle of using freshman as bandaids.

I want John Garrison to come back. He's proven he's a developer of OL, has done great at NC State. Did a pretty good job here the first time around all things considered.

Or, give me Bill O'Boyle. He's more unproven at the D1 level, but his OL's at Chadron were really good, and Kent State has been one of the top offenses in the country with him as an OL coach.

Think about it... He has developed and produced 2 1st rounders on the OL the last 3 years (iirc). Nebraska's last 1st round offensive player is LP.
