One other thing I noticed. People are saying Turd confirmed they paid the full $15 million, but unless I'm wrong he said something to the effect, "we honored our contractual obligations." There's a shit ton of room for interpretation in that.
It's in Turd's best interest to have everyone knowing they paid the full $15m regardless. HC candidates don't want to go to a place where they shirk their $$$ responsibilitiea / don't pay up.
