I might be a large now. I stopped running on the treadmill everyday and then noticed how grotesque I am and started again a couple days ago

I read somewhere and some time that today's S,M,L, etc scale is much larger than the same scale was years ago. Cannot verify.

Yep, cursive would be good since kids don't know how to read it. We need to protect our kids, and never tell them what boners are or why they happen. They can figure that out when they grow up.
