They NEVER take responsibility for anything. Its never the dog's fault. Its always something someone else did. It drives me nuts. If you want to own one, fine, but just know it is a ticking timebomb even if it has been a loving dog every day of its life.

I hadn't seen the pitbulls = guns mentality. Not sure how that works. One eats people all on its own. The other just lays there until you pick it up and use it.
