Special team ineptitude hasn’t helped.

All of that is on coaching. The team itself is light years ahead of where it was prior to this staff. However, due to shitty coaching we are somehow worst record wise.

To win the west you have to have a competent defense and not make mistakes on offense and special teams. Only other factor is how unlucky/lucky you get with crossover games.

I’ll probably have a charity raffle next December for whoever feels like punching me in the dick when this goes wrong, but I would like to bring Martinez back next year and see what happens with competent coaching.

This assumes Frost and Harry Potter are canned.

I wish Martinez would have been Frost’s qb at UCF instead of Milton. We wouldn’t be in this mess. Milton made Frost more money than he could ever imagine.

Milton and a lower tier conference masked all Frost’s shitty flaws. When Frost was hired I always thought he would produce a competent qb, but that is obviously false.
