Observation. The mid and lower-tier teams in the B1G (that we thought were so awful) are showing out in the bowls. The top-tier teams - not so much.

I'm thinking the B1G is very deep vs. strong at the top. It's trending that way right now.

Franklin can never win a big game though. I know there is some hyperbole there, but he loses most of them. PSU will always get enough talent where they should win 8-10 games no matter who the coach is. It will be interesting to see how his coordinators do though. I think he hired two quality coaches.
