I haven’t understood the hype with him. He was awful against ND last year in the playoff. Warren made him serviceable, but he isn’t remotely special, especially without Warren.

Cockeye doesn’t beat anybody, the team’s they play beat themselves. It’s unreal.

Exactly what’s happening. I don’t know how those chodes do it. Their offense did literally nothing, all 10 points due to ISU mistakes. 3 pts from a muffed punt and terrible call by the refs. 7 pts from a moronic personal foul penalty. Then Bect checks the ball down 7 yds behind th LOS to kill any opportunity for a field goal. ISU plays a clean half this game is more like 16-3 or worse. ISU also screwed the pooch inside the 10 yd line twice and had to kick field goals.

I could get behind a banishment of conference refs. Have one big officiating association for the whole P4.

I could see it backfiring though, because it opens up the door for some cross-conference corruption.

Allar might just not be good at football. Kinda Mick Stoltenberg-y where everything looks exactly right except the football part

He just makes bad decisions and misses easy throws way too much. Pedo is good enough to overcome his averageness (I just made that word up I think) against most teams. But when they play a team equal or better talent, he just isn’t good enough to win it for them.

And everyone thinks he’s gonna turn that corner at some point, and some games (against lesser competition) he can fool people. But if we’re seeing that same shit from him already, might just be who he is.
