Good n plenty are nasty, but a good black jelly bean is great. We have a local dime store that makes jelly beans as big as your thumb and their black jelly beans are fire.

Mounds and Almond Joy are absolute trash.

Tootsie rolls are flavorless filler. I would bet 75% ever made have been thrown away. The knock off fruit flavored Tootsie rolls are even worse.
