I ran across 2 of these the other day while helping clean out a garage and my interest is piqued. See pic.

For scale, about 15 inches long, 3 inches wide and 3 inches thick and probably weighs 80 lbs. I mean it is HEAVY for its size....so much so, I wonder if it is lead.

This is likely.... I was thrown by USS as Navy related. Electro is probably short for electroplating.
