Could they of picked a more lame name than Husker Online? They had a chance to update an outdated name in HI and went even further back to the early 90s to come up with a name.

Interesting reading both boards.

Inside Nebraska has better reporters, but limited scope with really only 3 reporters. Steve and Tim are outstanding.

Husker Online has more reporters, but some crappy articles. More coverage less of it is good.

The RSS is much busier than the Insider's board, but there are some real dumbshits starting a lot of those threads. Some just really poor understanding of the current college football environment.

Callahan has the numbers, going to be hard for Zack and the staff to hang on. On3, at least the way it currently looks, made it so that it's easier to find Callahan's board and site, which is huge. This merger has not been good for Zack and crew.

Don't see two Nebraska sites surviving and it will be hard to beat Callahan and those that bow down to him. Real shame that the superior reporting will lose.

This was sold as a merger but it’s really a buy and dissolve strategy. Dean is gonna have all the advantages in this unholy alliance, eventually there will be no insiders board and all members will be forced to join RSS. Dean had nothing to do with this “merger” but he will reap the benefits from how the On3 brass structured and orchestrated this merger. Whatever they sold to rivals was total bullshit and this was the plan along, and it will probably work.

Sadly that is how I see it as well. Real shame that the better reporters won't be covering Nebraska in the future and we will be stuck with Mongo and won't have Steve and Tim.
