I still don't understand what "NIL Coverage" is.

Serious comment: it must be coverage of the 3rd party "true" NIL deals players will get, what is and isn't approved by Deloitte, comparable, etc. If the schools adopt principles consistent with House (even if House is not finalized), NIL will exist and these items will all be worthy of some news coverage. If House isn't adopted, there will be NIL, but the coverage will be more along the lines of covering the wild wild west

I've always wondered why On3 made such a big deal out of their "NIL Coverage" and their made-up NIL valuations that they think it so important they list it right along with a player's height and weight on his profile.

On3 came into being just as NIL was going into effect, so I can see how they thought "this is the big new thing. Let's corner the market and become the go-to resource for this hot topic everyone is discussing." Except... no one really cares about a player's NIL valuation. Is a player's NIL value important? Yeah, to the player and maybe the schools. To average fans? Not at all. No one is subscribing to a pay website for "NIL coverage." It's a weird thing to hang their hat on.

Thanks man. Ive been a member almost 20 years, which is before Dean took over. On more than one occasion under the Dean years I tried to move my sub to another site just so to keep the tMB. You, Steve, Greg and now Tim have all been awesome. Keep up the good work!

The Rivals ranking system was maybe one of the stupidest things ever invented. Just make it completely incomprehensible with 6.1 as the top ranking for some reason.
