Drove by the Homy just the other day whilst I was on the phone to my son. He immediately reminded me he had his 1st date with yoga babe at the Homy Inn. He also insists what I always believed was really crummy champagne on tap was actually "Cold Duck". I'm not sure which would be worse, If I'm being honest.

“Cold Duck”! I remember that…but on tap? That stuff was an instant headache. It skips the hangover and just gives you an automatic headache.

I've never actually done one - they look like a tremendous was of $$$ to me. With that confession aside, IF I were to ever attempt one, the approach used by the ex-girlfriend's brother is probably the approach I'd attempt.

I had a buddy like that too. And he'd play pickle cards until his stack of cash was gone.

Interestingly, he's doing a tremendous job saving for retirement and his kid's education. We used marvel how he'd blow money on those things. But he never did drive a new car, or build a new house.
