OMAHA!!!!!!!!!!

Old School Reaction GIF

fuck yeah stormtrooper GIF

Except for the Biden and Cockeye part. Sad but true.

Grew up in Omaha, live in Lincoln. Both meh. Omaha is easier to get around, Lincoln people are more snotty and stuck up. Pick your poison

Lincoln is majority renters that didn’t grow up there and the median household income is ~$25,000 below the US average….basically Nantucket, the Hamptons and Beverly Hills rolled into 1.

All that being said, I agree.

Everybody who lives in Omaha or Lincoln is a cunt.

I miss the old Dundee Dell.
The last place I "drank for effect". Rode the Harley home from there using my snakeskin cowboy boots at training wheels. Dropped the Harley on it's side in the front lawn when I finally made it home and simply walked in the front door ... to an eviscerating ass chewing from Mrs. LHR that I apparently needed to hear right then and there ... and not remember the next day.

Bottom line: I made an idjut of myself in front of my wife and kids, and realized that I was an idjut with a drinking problem. So I quit. I'm still an idjut, but just a sober one since August 25, 2001.

You stopped drinking 3 weeks before 9/11?

Yep, though I was off by one (1) day. Turns out it was August 25th of 2001. Had a buddy over for the Nebraska vs. TCU game. We pretty much crushed a "handle" of Captain Morgan before we thought it would be brilliant to continue drinking at the Dundee Dell. So we did. And we weren't even trying to drown our sorrows post-game as the Huskers beat the Horned Frogs 21-7.
