At which point, he backed up and drove away. Problem solved.

I saw no point in the confrontation where introducing a firearm would have made anyone safer. Especially not the other motorists on the roadway.

So the road rage is bad, but we’re missing a crucial part of the recordings. He said he merged onto the Dodge Expressway from 680 Southbound, which is usually backed up and has a weird merge system that will usually cause a lot a road rage.

If the guy merged at the last second onto the merge lane to get on Dodge, it would have cut a lot of people off, thus causing anger.

I'm all for zipper merges but if you're in the left lane that's not a zipper merge. That means you're going to 114th/120th.

I’ve raged many of times going from Northbound 680 onto dodge because people don’t use the full two lanes to merge where it merges with the southbound to west dodge lane. People will literally stop in the lane to wait for a spot to open up while there’s still a good couple hundred feet of road until they have to merge. Nearly been rear ended a handful of times here because of people doing that and not driving up to where the actual lane ends and scissor merging.

That is a zipper merge. Problem is people coming from other direction fuck it all up by merging from the south lane causing everyone to slam on brakes. Its a total cluster fuck there.

Tbf, I don't think they car recording was exactly camping in the left lane. You can tell that they were flying by the other lanes, and by all accounts, was going to let this psycho pass them but the psycho decided to get over.
