EMC was considered a potential hidden gem as a recruit a couple years ago. Like he wasn't really even on the recruiting sites until he committed to us, but then Rivals put him straight to 4*. IIRC the connection was that Bill Busch was initially recruiting him to LSU, but they didn't have room, so he suggested Nebraska.

The thing about him is that he was a late bloomer, both physically and in learning football. He's considered a bit of a raw product, but you can see why we took him!

I could see him rotating more with Reimers. Reimers isn't exactly taking on dlineman either which would be the concern with EMC.

Reimer and Henrich have been a bit of a letdown so far this year. Would be nice if we could get EMC coached up and get his athleticism on the field more.
