Redo South stadium 100%.

Tear it down build it up. Bottom half Student section, Big ass Concourse, Small regular seating section above, Bar and Grill above the top with a big ass patio, Gambling, Booze, Hookers, Coke, etc.... Then Below the south stadium make it a museum type deal about the history of the program. Or lean into something for the kids.

Add seats too.
