I was told they're following the 2024 ACC tournament tiebreaker; in the case 3 teams are tied at 1-1 each, the highest seed in that pool advances.
Few weeks back I searched and couldn't find anything from the B1G.

I swore I read run differential among your 2 pool games.
But that could have been an YMCA tournament bracket I saw.

I don't know for certain. Run differential makes the most sense, as long as it's capped our per game.
@HuskerBaseball any idea of the tiebreaker of 3 teams ending 1-1 in pool?
