They are a very competitive team! They have the pitching and the grind

I was deathly afraid of who would start games for us this year on the mound. I’m not at all worried now.

I knew the offense would look different. Different doesn’t have to mean bad. Sounds like we were the victim of some bad luck offensively today. Which happens and it’s baseball being baseball.

All in all, I like this team a lot and I didn’t think that I would.

I will say though that the team still needs to come together. We’ve got games where we pitch but don’t hit, or we hit but don’t pitch, etc. Need to put it all together. I’m not worried about it but it sucks to lose like it looks like we might today.

I agree. I know you posted this when we looked like we were going to lose but that come back will definitely help a team come together!
