My $.02 on Clark, he needs to nibble around the plate a little more on 1-2 & 0-2 counts. He throws strikes which is needed but in his last start I noticed he was throwing balls in the middle of the plate on those counts. Make the batter extend the strikezone and let them get themselves out chasing pitches. I know he has only started 2 college games but the quicker he learns how to do that, the better he'll be. JMO

Two things couldn’t happen there:
1) A strikeout
2) Caron getting hung up between 3rd and home.
#2 happened. Needed to freeze there to make sure that ball got through. Need to do the little things right to beat a team like this.
