With the way rosters are now, he's one I'd like to see go to a Fresno St type of school and then transfer in a few years later.

Why not, and go with me on this weird idea, say he's the 31st rated recruit?

Totally agree. You see it a lot of times when discussing ratings: "Nebraska is in the top 10 of X stat, top 20 in Y category and top 35 in Z."
Just give the actual rating!
