So we supposedly lose Manning for the game, and maybe the season/career. I thought I read Cord (or maybe it was another starting O Line guy?) is hurt again? And now maybe some of our players got into a ruckus at a casino thursday night?
Sounds like a Frost team. Most of these rumors end up true it seems. Go all off season, spring ball, lose a guy or five to injury (Fidone for example), A starting O Line guy (on an already weak/shallow O Line) is hurt a couple weeks before the game, and a night or two before the first game of the season, shit hits the fan left and right. I am not 100% believing all the rumors, but I am thinking more than 50% of them are true. Manning sounds like he gone. Corc or another starting O Line guy hurt. Who the hell knows on the news ITT, but if we lose 3 starters for this game and multiple other games, would not surprise me at all.

The last 3 seasons, an Cockeye message board poster named Bucky has started some Twitter rumor about a Husker player or players leading up to the Nebraska season opener.

I wonder if this is mixing the two rumors up; players got kicked out and whatever the fuck is going on with Omar. Remove the specificity of a name, and combine the stories. Feels like a match.
