I remember NW Missouri State played them what felt like every post season for 10 years straight.

I will always remember *the 2005* game they won cuz I had a $200 bet that Xavier (NWMO RB from Beatrice) would have over 100 yards and he had ***edit I just looked it up, he had 107 yards, lol barely made my bet***

I was in high school so $200 was a lot of money.

We did not. NWMSU was "down" the years I was there. Like the only time they didn't make playoffs in the last 24 years was my era.

Why do fans care where he ended up? Is it an indictment on him that he ended up at a low-level football program with subpar facilities or Frost that he kept someone like this on his staff for 4 years?

if he went 13-0 with those assistants & played with a number of top 10 teams last season it tells me there is hope.

We could actually play special teams. Although we lost a lot of 1-score or 1-point games.

It does look like my HS weight room from the early 90's. However, ours smelled like sewage since it was in close proximity to the locker room toilets that our Football Coach used to destroy every day after classes.

We did have a sweet inspirational posters of Broderick "Sandman" Thomas, Reggie Cooper and a few other Blackshirts. Our coach lived and breathed the 5-2 defense.
