No. Just a kid from Omaha who is too small and slow to play WR for a school like Notre Dame. We were told relentlessly by Swimtown fanbois that he was the greatest player to come out of Nebraska in years, and that he's a much, much better prospect than Zavier Betts (who was a 6.0 4 star WR from Omaha in the same class). Now he's moving to safety just like most people thought he would, because he's not a good enough WR.

Agreed…this won’t sit well with Swimtown. Let the excuses begin…

I got in that argument at least once. Watts was probably better fundamentally but if you saw them both play the athleticism wasn't even close.

To be fair, Betts can’t find the field while playing for a terrible team with walk-ons starting over him. Not sure what he would be doing at Notre Dame.

Meh. He’s in the two deep, played last year and scored a TD as a true freshman vs Penn State, and had a catch last week. Let’s revisit the debate when Betts gets moved to safety.
