1) Clemson is the exception to the rule. Not many other WR coaches with zero coordinator or head coaching experience end up like Dabo. That would be like us firing Frost in week three, naming Ryan Held the interim HC, and Ryan Held becoming a national championship head coach.

2) Everyone knew when the Georgia job came open Kirby was the guy. He had tens of other opportunities to leave. He was ready for that job when he took it.

3) Lincoln Riley got tossed the keys to a Corvette and he’s essentially kept it a corvette. Same thing with Ryan Day. It’s not like either of those guys were taking over a program that had 1 winning season since 2015.

I’m talking Bob Stoops not Riley. Why wouldn’t getting someone like Jim Leonhard be worth trying?

If you’re worried about sucking ass more than Frost with another coach I don’t know what to tell you. We have to keep trying regardless. If you still believe Frost is the answer I guess keep him, but I think it’s evident he isn’t at this point. There is no reason to put up with a fifth losing season under him.

I don’t disagree there isn’t a reason to put up with a 5th losing season. Which is why I’m currently leaning toward the “Let’s not give him a chance to have his fifth losing season.”

Jim Leonhard has been absolutely ass raped by Frost in every opportunity he’s had to stop him. He’s an okay DC in a shitty Big Ten West and every opportunity he and Chryst have to prove they’re more than just the king of the big ten west they lose.

He is a very good D coordinator. The Wisconsin offense sucked for a good portion of this year and the defense still tore it up. Frost got yards on him but like always a Frost team will never score enough points on Wisconsin to be a threat. Hell Husker fans would be cool with Frost winning 6 games. If we can compete and win the west I’ll take it.

This is like 6th hand information, but it still made me laugh/pissed that people actually believe this and want it to happen.

Rumor that was just sent to me was that Frost will sign a 3-year extension after the season. Apparently no top tier coach is interested, so Turd wants to invest in the longevity of Frost. Scott will have to make staff changes, but they believe he is on the right track with establishing the right kind culture. Taking a transfer QB will also be a must to, at a minimum, push Adrian (if he does decide to stick around).

In no way do I believe this rumor, but I just had it sent to me, and I thought I'd share.
