we might have limited weapons on offense but defense is all about effort. This team plays hard on defense and efficient on offense. Hypothetically if we beat MSU & Cockeye I wonder if Hoiberg will get votes for B1G Coach of the Year? Not to be Debbie Downer, but as bad as MSU shot in 1st half, we really should be up more. MSU also not playing particularly tough D. We could honestly be up 20 if we limited the TOs and bad possessions. As it is, MSU will make their run and the game will be tied at some point in 2nd half - then will be up to us to see how we respond.

But we honestly should be up 25 right now. That might have been the worst half MSU played all year and they're only down 12.
