Yup. Has to prove this year wasn’t a fluke and that his first couple years with all of his misfortunes (Miles left him with nothing, COVID, etc…) were anomalies.

If Keisei comes back, I think they can do it. Sure, they’ll have to find some pieces in the portal, but if there’s one sport you can do so quickly in, it’s basketball. IMO the lone 2023 frosh signee is heavily underrated.

Pretty good improvement from last year, and we looked like a real time for a while. If next year keeps an upward trajectory, I suspect he's safe.

Sallis just seems destined for a bigger role at Gonzaga after this season.

It's hard to imagine any major conference school could be this consistently bad at basketball without trying.

Nebraska's stretch of failure in this sport is a modern marvel.

Ughhhh…..we are REALLY going to miss Walker and his passing (strangely enough), though.

He also got those little baby hooks-in over taller players at an amazing clip….the more difficult shots seemed easier for him often haha.

Hope KT comes back for sure, but he and Walker were a highly functioning Odd Couple.

I agree on Walker to an extent - but his game really hinged around being a capable passer (although he had games where he had probably 5-6 turnovers) and his inside game. Outside of that baby hook, he really didn't have much. His FT shooting regressed at an odd level this season and his lack of a 15-18-foot jump shot allowed defense to really pack the lane.
