I was confused too. If Forbes got it going at Wake he’s gonna have alot better options than here if HHC was inferring that maybe we could get him down the road.

It's alluding to Steve Forbes. We lost a PG in a class a couple years ago to Wake and I think he's already transferred out of there.
Sharp on 1620 has said numerous times that Forbes would walk himself to Lincoln to take the job if it were to ever open. I don't get the connection with Forbes and Nebrasketball though

I'll still take Fred over a lot of the names out there. He isn't this bad of a coach and learned the hard way that the B1G is a different animal when it comes to play style and you need proper assistants (looking at you, Matty A & Doc). His ceiling is a lot higher than a lot of potential candidates. Now, it's up to Fred to earn that contract and prove he still is a great coach.

Man I liked his highlight reel. Some of my favorite recruit videos to watch. Such a fluid athlete for 6-10 that could really run the floor plus such quick ups. It appeared like he really liked us early on, fingers crossed we can get him. I figured he would end up at Michigan so was shocked when he picked Rutgers, lets face it Rutgers is in Jersey. Is Michigan still looking for bigs? I hope not. Go get him Fred.
