I really want to be unbias here as I was curious if something actually happened. However, I've watched this replay probably 10 times and I seriously just see contact that happens almost every possession followed by a flop.

That is all it is. Ballo is at least 7 inches taller and 70 lbs heavier than Jacobsen. The "forearm to the rib cage" is hilarious. It is a nudge in the back and Ballo just flops.
