Essegian may have nicked it, but I agree there wasn’t enough there to overturn the call with conclusive evidence.

The guy took two steps on the sideline with 3.2 left and us down 3. Should have had a chance to tie it.

It was another one where any objective person can see a clear infraction of the rules and no call was made.

Not even an opinion or a judgement call much like the technical that wasn’t called or the double dribble against Cockeye. A flat out clear cut violation of the rules.

Fred threw about as much of a punch as you’re going to get from him at the referees in his post game.

Those are the three worst calls/no calls of the year.

The first two were dead ball situations with no variables at all. The third one you can at least make the excuse that it was live and it’s harder for a ref (which was right in front of the play) to see with the speed of the game. Not excusing it away. I’m just saying it’s not as bad as the two tonight because live play is harder to call than the two that happened during dead ball situations.

Happer’s right tho the refs weren’t even paying attention to the inbounder. Which is also bad but they were definitely only focused anticipating a foul on the inbound.
