Listening to Fred in the post game presser talk about Frager was pretty eye opening.

Braden deleted his IG post, called Fears to apologize and smooth the waters, called Izzo to apologize, apologized to the team for being NOT a team guy in the moment, had chats with his teammates, coaches about the implications and actions...did all the "right" things. Great for growth and maturity of himself

There was a moment in the OSU game where he could have gone off on an OSU player after a foul call but he didn't...again...growth and maturity

BUT

I LOVE THAT KID!!! I hope he keeps up this amazing season he is having! Best bench guy to spark the team when they need it. I posted "we need someone to go on a heater" when OSU had the lead and the "Frag-renade" went off!! This kid has "IT". The moment hasn't been too big for him yet and I hope it never is!!

What a great run for Fred and his team!!

?

When Sam was on the floor, we scored 12 more points than them, 10 more when Jaconsen on the floor, etc.
player impact on scoring against the other team while on the floor seems like a useless stat in my opinion. Doesn’t provide enough depth of info regarding how the game flowed. But that’s just my opinion which doesn’t mean shit…lol

These Quad 1 road wins are the most important duckets in your pocket at NCAA seeding time. Rack up another one against Indiana and it will do us a load of blessing at seeding time. When Bruce Rasmussen was on the selection committee 10 years ago he was talking about how important those games are to the committees.

Here is what Nolan is predicting for NU to finish the regular season looking like on RPI (27 - 4):

I think NU will beat UCLA. So I'd say closer to 28 - 3.

Being really honest here; 6 - 3 in Quad 1 with two of those loses being road loses and only one as a home loss, well that is a pretty fine looking resume for the tourney. Could probably or possibly get a 2 seed with that resume.
