Remaining road games. I see 4 legit opportunities, all in red...

January
Ioa
Purdue
Maryland
Wisconsin

February
Oregon
Washington
Northwestern
Pedo State

March
Ohio State

I hope we don't put together a defensive heavy game plan Tuesday against Ioa. It hasn't worked in the last 3 seasons & we expend so much energy on the road. We have enough offense to go heads up, just like Wiscy did the other night with success.

Do you think that we can go undefeated at home this season? Would be cool to keep the 20 game home win streak going.

Illinois and Michigan would be the most likely of them.
We have w/ current record
Rutgers 8-6 (1-2)
Usc 9-5 (1-2)
Illinois 11-3 (3-1)
Ohio State 9-5 (1-2)
Maryland 11-4 (1-3)
Michigan 11-3 (3-0)
Minnesota 8-6 (0-3)
Cockeye 10-4 (1-2)

If Nebraska plays defense like they have, minus the MSU game, they will be in every game the rest of the way.

I do as the home schedule is favorable. Outside of the USC game, we have minimum 3 day rest & prep for all opponents.

Illinois is my question mark due to officiating. If they allow them to play defense like they do at home, we're in trouble.

Our defense was good a season ago too, and we struggled on the road (0-fer in conference). Heck IIRC, every opponent of ours scored 80 or more in every B1G road game except Indiana. ?? Scoring points matters, too...

We have to have a good balance without expending too much energy on 1 side of the court.

Tuesday night is a legit win opportunity on the road.

There's the real home cooking factor by b1g refs but 0fer was not good for us.

Teams tend to shoot better at home than the road. Our defense is going to allow people to get open looks from 3. Higher percentage at home plus refs selling hard for home teams with foul and free throw calls makes it difficult for us to replicate success in true road games.
